I think its considered the “subject to” clause, even though you are the owner/creator of the LLC, in the eyes of the contract it looks as if the property has transferred ownership, which is where it could possibly cause a problem.

Your going to find complexity is the killer of dreams, far too often people grossly waste time and energy making things wildly complex when simplicity best empowers ACTION, and action get's results, not complexity.
