I want to connect with other STL women who do what I do!

Interestingly, I just polled the ladies of Denver Women Invest for good CPAs and lawyers that focus on real estate.

Regardless of knowing that you can close sales with the same tactics you can pick up women, I have always tried to go the extra mile (uh...cough.. only with sales.) 

I don't touch tenants and I don't like to be touched by anyone... but young women, or women in general think they have the right to do what they want.    

They're empowering.  

There will always be EMFs in your home but you should do your best to make sure they don't exist in rooms where you spend a lot of time, such as bedrooms and the kitchen (for the missus, happy women's day hehe).

We have a buyer under contract, a young 28 young old women with a high paid consultant job, $150K annual salary, but awaiting an interview with the COOP board, and according to the sales agent, a picky board, who may or may not approve her since she's on the job for less than 2 years, only 1-1/2 years at the moment.

Although not a problem, we have found that many are male dominated so we've decided to start our own WOMANS real estate group :)We want to create a community where women in real estate will shine and empower eachother.
