Regardless of knowing that you can close sales with the same tactics you can pick up women, I have always tried to go the extra mile (uh...cough.. only with sales.)

There will always be EMFs in your home but you should do your best to make sure they don't exist in rooms where you spend a lot of time, such as bedrooms and the kitchen (for the missus, happy women's day hehe).

We have a buyer under contract, a young 28 young old women with a high paid consultant job, $150K annual salary, but awaiting an interview with the COOP board, and according to the sales agent, a picky board, who may or may not approve her since she's on the job for less than 2 years, only 1-1/2 years at the moment.
