To find the best community bank, I would post in a local facebook group and ask which are the best local lenders to work with and ask for a specific contact.  

Obviously, you should focus on earning as much as you can, since are young and save over time to build that capital but here are a few ways to get started in another direction. 

marketing such as google adds, Facebook, direct mail and I'm sure the list goes on.
