Once I get power on, I make sure the outside is well lit up at night.

It would certainly dim the white down some.

All in all in l its all good, I'm currently working with the neighbor of the individual who turned me down and another one from down the street.

When my tenant wouldn't let him in to get his daughter he poured gas around the house and lit it on fire.

For a while the pilot would stay lit until the unit heated water, and then go out.

Combine that with my personality type of being hyper focused and numbers driven (im an engineer) and I think it all combines well for REI.Work ethic means things for different people but when my dad tells me stories of teaching himself advanced math in high school in his dimly lit room or doing farming chores at 5 am every day, it really put things in perspective.

In my nearly 30 years at the “steps” I’ve seen countless one-and-done’rs who show up not knowing what they are doing and buy a property where the outcome would have been the same as if they would have just lit their cashiers checks on fire right in front of the crowd.
