There's a company called Fund n Grow that helps people raise capital using their business credit.SBA also has a loan program where they will give you a 10 yr interest only loan on 30% of your gross rev of your LLC. 

After time you can start finding them on your own after you learn more about the business. 

He used to own his own contracting business.  

On LinkedIn look for anyone with a headline saying "I help busy professionals create passive income through real estate"...

At the end of the day, most loan officers are in the business to close loans.

This is hospitality as a business and real estate as an asset.
