Wyoming offers anonymity (if that’s important to you), lots of the same corporate protections that Delaware does, costs less, and has relatively instant registration opposed to Delaware which takes several days.I’m happy to connect with you if you’d like to discuss further.

I’m also looking at another property under $150k for STR, you won’t find that in Tremont but Clark-Fulton close to metro, border of Ohio City and Tremont would be a good bet.

Anytime it rains it just floods on the main drag and then you also deal with the 45-70 min it takes during peak season from the de/md line down to the boardwalk.
