That is where the folks crossed. 

Vincent,Detroit is one of the best markets in the country but you have to understand how the market works.

We have about 30K saved and are willing to move just about anywhere in the country (spots that cashflow??).

We have traveled there many times and love the country.

This thought has definitely crossed my mind 

You will need to help them cross back into normal society, its not a situation where you sit back and collect the rent.

@Atchut Neelam It's a rather large country, without knowing where you are looking to purchase property, it would be difficult for anyone to recommend a specific appraiser.  

It’s a big country out there, plenty of potential.
