It could be that limbs are too close to the house and need to be trimmed, roof shingles are old and need to be replaced etc.Maybe this 4 point inspection is a FL thing?

They have a foundation, siding, drywall, a shingle roof.... in my mind there really isnt a difference.

This is assuming the trusses and shingles are salvageable, which you'll need an engineer to verify.  

I again was trying to help in offering my opinion that she needed to think/budget for a new roof, and sent her down pictures of how someone had used the wrong product to silicon/caulk her roof shingles...  

Anyone have any experience in changing the color of the existing asphalt roof shingles without actually replacing them?

We have cleaned the walls twice with TSP and they still look terrible, hopefully the primer will cover up the brown colors and the smells.I also managed to get everything for the house ordered this weekend from door knobs, to flooring, to shingles, to bath tubs...
