I would rather use my time to find deals and line up financing and things like that, than cut wood and lay floors and tile.

First guy did the framing for walls and layout of the basement, the door frame was too small for the door so it won't fit and he did the tile without cement under it.

Painting, carpet, maybe some tile work.

They came and found 12 items, mostly small things like broken floor tile, bathroom mildew, a hole in the wall.

What would you do if there are small jobs like a burner on the oven isn’t working, screen door blew open during storm and needs to be fixed, a couple skate tiles need to be fixed, etc, etc. if it’s not major like electrical or plumbing, do you guys have a handyman that you know and trust?
