It's not bad to be ambitious but there will always be a bigger fish then you.

Once you feel you've built a strong team with your first property and have solid systems in place, I would then start buying more aggressively and taking on bigger projects.I suggest reading this BP article on the core 4.https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/core-four-real-estate-team

I thought I got their name off of Bigger Pockets awhile back, but I can't seem to find their name on here now.

I did a lot of business with the San Jose RIA and the old owner she sold to a turn key provider.. the turn key provider wants the SJ RIA for profit and to sell her product of that I have no doubt. and the bigger turn key providers in the mid west spent a bunch of bucks getting into her RIA and being allowed to present they spent it in the form of adverts in her magazine...  

With growing Latino population that tends to have a lot bigger family, I am not worried about finding guests.
