Not sure, but I don't see interest rates coming down much in 2025.There are always opportunities if you look for them, no one will like bring them to your front door on a silver platter.It seems like when you aren't looking for opportunities they do present themselves.Kinda like it's easier to find a girlfriend when you already have one.
