Once you have the address then you can search county auditor websites to get the owners contact details.

I have used my local auditors website to find property owners and have had good success tracking them down on facebook and private messaging them. see if that is an option. in larger markets may be hard to find the person but worth a shot

And again, getting 100% of the purchase and rehab, allows me to do rate/term refi's and the banks (and their auditors) definitely feel more comfortable doing those as opposed to doing cash out refi's which they deem as far more risky.

Thanks for all the feedback.I went through the county auditor's website with the hopes of finding the purchase prices for each of these homes (they were all bought in 2012-2013), but unfortunately I couldn't find the info.
