I bought properties at auctions financed by banks as portfolio loans with the banker going through a checklist of things the mortgage should have.

Most others resort to highest and best price auctions.  

I purchased an HOA lien at my local foreclosure auction.

So my question is to anyone in the area whos has gone to these auctions.

It was a sheriff auction home but in pretty decent condition.

Does anybody i mean ANYBODY know if there is any way in the world that i can get PML or something for a auctioned house or a way to buy a auctioned house without any of my money ?

However, the auction closing company really took care of all of it - except for the Certificate of Occupancy that she got for me.Its time to sell the unit now.
