Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

It appears that you are not but are co-hosting or arbitraging the property.

We have been working with them and so far, they appear to be the easiest & quickest to obtain funding from.

I'm sure that street by street dynamics can affect pricing, but it appears that there are a lot of good options for a much lower rent rate. 

I've opened series LLC accounts at Nevada State Bank and Wells Fargo, but as of today (March 15) it appears that Wells Fargo no longer will open Series LLC accounts.  

Not certain I am doing this part correctly -- @Bob PThe 1st letter we get is a letter stating it appears something may be wrong with a conveyance that occurs and they ask for contact from borrower to explain the conveyance that occurred.
