Let's not talk about who dumped guns and drugs into our environment in the first place for those guys with criminal backgrounds you mentioned earlier...You seem like a smart guy....figure it out...You don't have the slightest clue how easy it was for me to be one of those guys....Instead, I've worked with guys who have "criminal backgrounds"  since society is  "less likely"  to give second chances to a "certain group of people."

However there are a lot people who would love to rent a room by the hour (for free) to turn a trick or make a drug deal, or steal all your appliances and fixtures.

You need to be located near food and drug stores to make their lives easier.Once you get seniors into your property it evolves over time and you can then be more selective.
