Is it a small enough amount of money and do you trust them enough that you could pay a month in advance by mail?

I have to close, apply for a conditional use verification, get inspection ( requiring wired smoke detectors, other safety features) and get a business license.

I am happy to provide any and all detail and more so...if you are in the austin/cedar park Texas area and are looking to partner and you have experience in this area...I am all ears.Thank you in advance to all that replied!

Guests treat those kinds of bookings differently than a STR vacation home.They are used to being able to cancel the booking 24 hours in advance and all sorts of other things that STRs like ours can't really accommodate.

But the risk caused by this, is that the safety cushion is reduced or completely eliminated, and a small problem can cause a catastrophic default on the debt.So, many of these aggressively structured deals have been heavily distressed.

Hoarding becomes a violation when it presents a fire hazard or other safety issue, attracts pests, or potentially damages the property.
