Also, people selling property right now (again, selling during election & holidays) are much more motivated sellers so there is more room to negotiate price.

Since then, I’ve been listening to BiggerPockets, On The Market, and Real Estate Rookie, and I’m currently reading The Multifamily Millionaire by Brandon Turner.A bit about myself:I'm a 31-year-old software engineer looking to become a long-term multifamily real estate investor (REI) and achieve FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early).

I say I'm starving for more as in I'm just motivated to learn more on how to aquire properties or work my way deeper into real estate.

With a strong background in both real estate and lending, I work with a range of clients—investors, builders, and developers—to help them achieve their investment goals.

Some will be over-achieved and some will be under-achieved.I don't put much credence in the published returns.

What's the most efficient way to achieve these goals?

This will vary greatly depending on how good you are at negotiating, how accurate your numbers are, the seller’s motivation level, the area you are wholesaling, etc.
