I was able to turn my place into two units so no shared spaced helped a lot. 

Built in 1905, this property features a total of 2,832 square feet of living space, divided into two units.

There has been a substantial increase in inventory of storage facilities constructed and although generally near full occupancy there are greater options for storage space in most coastal regions.

I did go look at it, knew it was accessible by dirt road, and did a lot of research into who owned the easement.Won the auction, paid a tax title company to get clear title (right of redemption is 3 years). 

Looks like that tenant was running some sort of 'consignment' living space in the basement.  

Well done for making the project work out for you.I have been working with investors in this space for a while.  

I agree, would love to have access to the app on my phone. 

Large deposits are nice, but very difficult to actually get access to escrow funds in the event of default.
