You can send him up there to move the dish in the wrong direction so they get no TV (that's like shock therapy) if they call the company they will have to pay to get it fixed, price starts at $50.

Child was treated with kelation therapy (i think) and we were lucky it was not part of the building.So Any item the child came in regular contact with.. play pen, high chair, painted crib, that may have paint on it could be considered for issue.
