I might give her a card and a $50 wal-mart gift card, I think you can right off a gift once a year for each tenant if I remember correctly.   

That standard things we buy from WalMart between vacancies are: deodorant soap, facial soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish scrubbing pad, toilet paper, paper towels and occasionally bath towels, bed sheets, dishwasher tabs and pillows.Every now and then I'll buy some adult dvds and print some advertising on mailing labels. 

It is off major highways and there is Walmart in town as well. 

Otherwise ikea or Walmart (depending on your budget) would sell “rooms” where you installed a package in to your room. 

I was thinking about getting a mobile unit from Walmart to give me some more time to think about next steps.
