This is pretty funny, I literally saw your craigslist ad about an hour ago and thought to myself that it stood out as being something different.I am not crazy about the logo if you're trying to build a brand, it just doesn't pop for me.If you're wanting to stand out from all the other CL posters, you've accomplished that.I personally like it but I also appreciate and respect police officers.

I heard that if local banks branches of big banks like Chace had REO department at that branch, that I stood a chance of talking face to face as long as I showed bank statement with proof of funds to purchase one of their REO's.

A few things that really stood out are:Vacuum breakers on hose bibs.

They would need to cut up some of the flooring to install trusses and support to the upper level.

But I didn't focus on that, instead I focused on what my plans where, how that person could be a part of my future success, and most importantly, what they stood to gain from helping me out.

So instead of presenting our case to the judge (which we almost certainly would have won) my attorney stood up and said: Your honor, we've come to an agreement.

However; the job is going to depend on the type of house, complexity of design (are you using trusses for the roof or does it require framers to build it, etc., are there utilities to the property or do they need to be brought, is it on septic or sewer, and many other variables.
