Investor seeking a liquid cash partner, in the central areas Maryland – working in this areas Upper Marlboro, Silver Spring and Lanham.

I currently reside and work in Midland TX  trying to get into multi family rentals  preferably 10 within a year  

I am looking for an investor or someone who sells a single family home with finished basement (with two or three rooms,  and common area for the rooms [living room, bathroom and small kitchenette if possible] ) between Rockville, MD and Silver Spring, MD where there is access to transit (bus, train).

I a considering asking for my cashback.I bought haing attended the seminar where the speaker seemed very genuine - his name was Danny Silver and he had connections to the Rothschilds or so he said.

(basically selling off so many undivided interests is construed as by-passing subdivision laws) But it does happen on a smaller scale, I own a 1/6 undivided interest in patented 30 acre silver mine in CA.
