I have heard this called the shiny object syndrome and occasionally suffer from it myself.

Most likely, they will be happy to help you out with advice and the occasional form as long as you don't abuse the courtesy.

Sometimes it's multiple responses on single threads, because of clarification and/or justification and/or troll-sniping, with an occasional editing/amending to my viewpoint.

Occasionally real estate and politics cross paths and I love helping responsible real estate professionals build campaigns to garner political support for their projects.

Our demand letter adds that we will send the originals once we receive full payment.NEVER SEND ORIGINAL LOAN DOCUMENTS TO ESCROW UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN PAID OFF IN FULL.Some title and escrow companies are not used to dealing with private lenders and will occasionally hem and haw, but this is legal (and encouraged by my lawyer).

Which leaves me where I am today at 23 years old.I really want to take my business to the next level by using the BRRRR strategy and doing an occasional flip here and there.

Admittedly this is a low-probability risk yet catastrophic if it occurs, & it occasionally does.

At this point most of my communication is done via email with the occasional phone call.
