Currently I am a wine representative but my real passion is in real estate.

Several years ago (unsure lately) it was a pretty common thing to hold a Broker or Agent open house at the property and have a wine or cheese party or offer a give away to draw as many agents to the property as possible.

We have also found ways to enjoy the things we love and spend less (buying a bottle of wine and packing a dinner to take to the park instead of going to the expensive steakhouse.

Hi @Himanshu Jain, I agree with @Nicolas Paez that there is a wide spectrum of senior living options from +55 apartments to memory care neighborhoods with increasing regulations as resident acuity increases.
