As a licensee you will be held to a much higher standard both professionally and legally, so make sure you pay attention to the ethics portion of your post-licensing education and the advice of your supervising broker.Other than that, best of luck to you.

You should send a denial (thank you) letter and give the reason why they were not selected.If you pulled credit, by law you must notify them if credit was the reason, the agency information was obtained from and a notice of them having the right to obtain credit information free of charge in connection with the inquiry.I kept rejected applications for 3 years then destroyed them, look to you state's statute of limitations as to filing any action against you for records to be retained as well as retention periods if you're an agent/licensee. :)

Yes, both RE attorneys' broker hot line and investigator from the dep of Commerce sited the chapter 82.70-82.72 in MN (in CA I'm sure it's different because each state has its own laws regarding re licensees)
