Once the contact is generated, I make a brief note stating what the seller said in the voicemail, mark the lead status as "Make first Contact", assign the lead to myself inside the CRM (just in case you work with others), and ALWAYS create a task!

In Oregon (not just in Portland) you can't preemptively issue a no-cause eviction due to a property sale unless you have an accepted offer.If you are going to make an offer to the tenants to move out early or prior to your property going up for sale that offer can't be for less than what they would be eligible to automatically receive via Rental Relocation Assistance.

@Justin Ossola It's hard to say for sure, but new legislation is trying to be passed to reinstate bonus depreciation to 100%.

So that is just in my mind the other side of the coin in PM business..
