However, the city has been growing in areas outside of oil and gas, in fact, oil and gas is as low as can be fathomed, I do no think there is ever going to be another boom in oil (supply meets demand and can even out pace it.So, inspite of being in an oil bust since 2015, the city has been growing exponentially, still hidden behind the shadows of the growth in Dallas.

The past few weeks and months have definitely been a roller coaster, however we re encouraged to still see bookings coming in spite of the recent news.

However, because there were 3, if only one had been built, there is no doubt there would be really great appreciation.As it turned out, all 3 of them were built or is in some part of almost finished.The Clinton Hill/Fort Greene Brooklyn area skyrocketed and those 3 projects definitely had a positive impact on all of North Brooklyn resultant appreciationi.Real Example:2003 in Clinton Hill - bought for $890k it is now worth close to $3 Million2004 in Clinton Hill - bought for $590k (plus $275k reno) now worth $2.4 Million2008 in Clinton Hill - bought for $1.2M (plus $500k reno) now worth $2.8 MillionThis is all INSPITE of the 2007/8 financial crisis.But again, this is NYC.

In spite of not having the social and normal documentation we would expect this tenant and others are working full time jobs and driving past some healthy body holding a sign saying they are hungry on a Tuesday morning and that body has a social security card and all the credentials to gain employment.I would run my normal background check and use the same acceptance/denial policy I always have and let the results determine if they qualify.You may very well end up with a tenant that knows they have a bigger challenge to find a place to rent than others and once they have moved in will do everything in their power to be a perfect tenant because they do not want to go through the change and challenge of having landlords skeptical of them due to the lack of a social.

In spite of legal efforts to prevent transfer tax from being public, the county recorders are still required to provide the public with transfer tax information for all transactions.In CA, you can make a request to have the transfer tax not shown on the deed.  

- the City had put 2 violations on tenants door and we failed to respond back in time that too because tenant was not reachable (I do have PM - freedom group) managing the property in spite of that I ended up paying $300 in fines. what's the deal with these Historic towns , at the time of buying I was not made aware of the historic aspect which comes with additional scrutiny.. 

Atlanta has a lot going for it, in spite of our traffic woes.  

By the way both buyers under contract to purchase these homes are following through with those deals in spite of the hurricane.
