If you think PITI stays flat, that's naive--thinking it means you're property did not appreciate and net depreciated against inflation.

Obviously with this insane inflation things have gotten very expensive. 

Having reviewed what's previously been discussed on this forum regarding whether people list what their actual cleaning cost is vs. a reduced (or in some cases inflated) price, can anyone share if there is a tax liability with this I'm unaware of?

Value of Net Operating Income, Cap rates.Cost to build approach has not kept up with inflation. 

As rents increase over the years, your cashflow will soon become positive while you ride the wave of inflation and appreciation! 

CAUTION:  Be careful of syndicators who use absolute terms like Always or Never or Inflation Protection, etc. as these are fluff. 

That doesn't sound realistic to me.Well you're missing the main driver of the lawsuit, which was inflated commissions.

I'd recommend speaking with your tax advisor to discuss this further as what I said above may be outdated as I know the Inflation Reduction Act changed a lot of the energy credits for both individuals and businesses.
