Hello Kristine,You would have to read your lease to answer the questions, I would imagine on a lease moving out early they would still be liable for the remaining portion of the lease. 

No alarms to wake up to and as many vacation days as we want in a year! 

So far I just know to check Bank Rate to see who is offering what at any given moment but I imagine there are resources beyond that -   Thx!
