Ok, new to BP and RE in general, so be gentle!

It's true--Pitt bull dogs are very different from other breeds -they are by nature alot sweeter and more gentle... unless trained otherwise .I  know, i have 2.

The best thing is to keep calling; harassing gently; write letters; find their home phone number etc.; contact BBB; Bad reviews on Angies list; Yelp; Google reviews; just try to be a pain in the butt; call TV stations to see if they take your story etc. 

Maybe a gentle nudge from you like "I sure would have appreciated a quicker response on the question last week....hope we can step up the communications here...."

We've been gentle with his rent over the years, and it's a relationship that's worked pretty well for all of us.Anyway, the oldest spreadsheet I could find was from 2015.
