Hello, Bigger Pockets community!

I'm a rookie real estate investor hoping to find or build a community of like-minded women.

At this stage, I am interested in house hacking, short-term rentals, and residential assisted living (though I hope to continue to learn more about other opportunities as well).I appreciate this community and the opportunity to learn from others.

Looking forward to growing my portfolio and connecting with the BiggerPockets community through out my journey!!

With these declining commercial spaces, these communities could be at risk for blight.If you look around, you will see new retail spaces.

I can tell you that being around new construction the past 12 years, I would say 1/4 of the projects we have been apart from residential to commercial will experience delays to MFGs out of stock, HOAs changing their specs, Cities changing their specs, Weather 2-3Xs budgeted rain delays, Subcontractor injuries and death.....Then Hurricane Harvey in Houston are.....WOAH  major delays...I have seen it.We are happy to be providing funding to DCGI's BTR community members, many have gotten their applications in already and look forward to helping the rest of yall accomplish your real estate goals. 

I'm here to grow, learn, and build a community in the Staunton, Virginia area.
