As mentioned above, you can quit claim ownership of the property, but you are right- lenders don't like that. 

I'd consider myself an advanced, tax-savvy, solo investor with quite a bit of experience. 

You are falling into the biggest trap out there for young people right now - FIRE and quiet quitting.

@Jaycee Greene I’ve contacted big banks small local banks and I haven’t quite tried credit unions although I have 2 credit unions for which I have accounts (but my experience is that they aren’t offering that much better terms).

(I’m quite heavily invested in the 12% one).

HiI have been studying the Poland real estate market and it looks quite promising.

Margins are quite tight in the multi unit realm and ive been having a battle finding a good one - this site opened my eyes a bit - but have been battling to find a good deal.  

I would recommend dropping the rent to get it occupied, and only raising rents slightly while occupied and making more significant jumps to get closer to market rate when a tenant has to relocate and cannot renew.Jesse, we've got quite a few new and newer duplexes in Lubbock and have not had any issues getting multiple qualified apps per vacant unit within a few days of listing it.
