I would look at Bagley, Morningside, north end, east english, and the spill over of these neighborhoods.

You can always ask for a tax recert and challenge the assessment file a petition to the VAB value adjustment board and dispute assessment.If all of that fails start looking at investment properties in states like TN, LA, AL, GA, FL, these states in the South East can offer super low annual property taxes.

(I also would put areas of east Dayton I would put in that same category.)As far as Old North Dayton goes, I've spent a fair amount of time in this area over the last few months (including after my last comment in this post), and I certainly wouldn't lump it in with most of the west side.

Many people from countries in East Asia love our president and wish they had a president like him.

In my area, East Texas, there are miles and miles of vacant raw land.

Neighborhoods like East Westwood, Clifton, Norwood, and Madisonville are all solid C areas.
