if it was mine here is what I would do.1. walk in to planning department in the county and check zoning and any red flags they may have.2. should be simple enough to see if it has public water and sewer then call those agencies to make sure there are no moratoriums. 

I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy and I hope that I can prevent others from being scammed by WealthAbility by posting my personal experience on as many forums, websites, platforms as possible and by filing complaints to every agency out there that deals with consumer fraud.

You will find a strong rental market here next to the federal governement agencies as well as the White House and Capitol Hill.

If she has a buyer in house or does dual agency , not bad for a weeks work .

They had a career (possibly dual career family), lived below their means and invested.
