You actually have a pretty solid setup with your diverse degrees plus the one alumni so there's something there.

We added two firepits, multiple lounge areas, barbeque and eating area, stargazing chairs, yoga mats, games, large screen TV for movie nights, music and more.

@David ShirtsIn my experience, seller financing can be a game-changer, especially for properties with clear titles or when traditional loans aren't an option.

I don't believe he is a member of this forum, but he does great, detailed, and well thought out work, and has been in the game a long time.  

Its essentially in the longterm best interest of the property owner to ensure there is a non-compete clause in all leases; merely for the benefit of securing longterm relationships with the tenants.A diverse tenant mix can attract a wider audience and contribute to a more vibrant environment.

I was always interested in dipping my toes in the short term rental game.
