The buyers will come up with the deficiency in cash from friends or family.

The Appraiser must notify the Mortgagee of the deficiency of Minimum Property Requirements (MPR) or Minimum Property Standards (MPS), so the Mortgagee can determine the eligibility."   

Every time Ive gone to look at a place like this, Ive found the property to be overpriced, and usually, have certain deficiencies with the property that were overlooked, and with the quality of the renovation.
