Be careful, depending on locale your ARV may be much less if you don’t finish your flip quickly due to coronavirus. 

The only communication was last week when they actually answered the door when the husband said he was filing for unemployment (and was very rude) which was a lie because my landlord phoned there place of employment and both are fully employed (both work there) and are not affected by Corona Virus.

Just wanted to know where to look to confirm the exact "rules/laws" regarding evictions during this time (coronavirus).
