Just FYI the Conference Committee did not include the 5 or 8 rule so it may very well remain 2 of 5...we'll have to wait and see.

@Krizelle Pum, even if the bill gets approved, the provision of the "Last 5 years of 8 years" is not in the final committee agreement.

@Ted Klein I've already learned through trial by fire that dealing with a historical district committee can be a major pain but as long the holding cost for the extended timeframe is accounted for in your budget there's usually not much of an issue.
