Hello,My brother and I recently purchased our first single family home rental property in Des Moines.

When I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and spent months in the hospital (lost the ability to walk and had some organs removed), and wasn't expected to live, I made sure that my brother dropped off a rent check every month to my landlord.

Pueblo has its problems there is no question about that. but i believe we can come back to a great city again, it would help if we could get our brothers and sisters to the north of us to stop looking down there noses, and start looking at what is good for Pueblo is good for CO. did you know there are plans to start the building of a new rail mill in Pueblo for $750 mil that is 3 to 4 years of jobs for contractors. i have worked full time in both Springs and Denver and anyone that says they dont have the low income areas like Pueblo are kidding themselves. 

My brother in law is with me in Atlanta due to the evacuation.

The only "heir" found was her brother, but she was very estranged from him, so it was a "there's no one else to claim her stuff" kind of thing.

So let him know what you’re holding or looking to do and I’m sure he can help Brother.
