Personally I think anyone trying to wholesale a property or co-wholesaling should absolutely be on the contract.It's dishonest, and it puts real buyers like you on the defense.

Always review comps first before expending money under contract or for an appraisal etc as turn key providers can sometimes be dishonest in their valuations in my experience.
