(Charge a little more for this )Tenants don’t do the math to realize 52 weeks are In a year not 48 and so you’ll get the late payments to stop and another grand or two in your pocket if you play your cards right . that's how they do it in Australia.. and probably other countries rent is paid weekly through ACH..

I also did a 6 month co-op stint with modular home builds in AUSTRALIA for cyclone relief so I learned a LOT about the downfalls of slapping homes together on the cheap.
