I have vertical blinds in my rentals but I’m tired of the maintenance/repair/clean up after every tenant.

They bought a somewhat tired 2 bedroom (on the mkt 80 days) instead for $25k more than we were asking???

All I get is tire kickers.

They want to do your deal because they have no other option and they are tired of losing money every month.

@John Story Proof of funds is really just a way for brokers to weed out the tire kickers. 

Are subject to’s  illegal in Washington state because of the protection of distress sellers And am I able to target pre foreclosures Or just tired landlords
