The Northwest Side Preservation Ordinance, affecting certain Chicago neighborhoods, punishes owners of affordable housing, devalues their property, and makes it harder to invest in neighborhood housing.

Since 2021, the co-living model in NoCo and Denver has been my go-to strategy, and I still see a lot of potential in it.

That area lost most of its industry decades ago and the people went with it.

Given that you've done it already you shouldn't have too much problem getting the financing together.You just want to make sure to have your soft costs in place when you apply.
