It's a great group and since it's national you can meet people in your own community AND you have support and feet on the street in other markets, should you choose.

I personally wouldn't consider Mesa a vacation market and the main street corridor has always been known for being a C grade area.

If you know the local streets better than the average investor and/or you can view properties to make an offer during the same afternoon, you have a much better chance of taking down that first deal.

We're installing the charger on a 4x4 post about 48" off the ground in front of the driveway and planting some bushes in front of it to make it less obvious from the street.
