Get them the $$(doing what U DO BEST), may not fit Your scenario right now, however my foot in the door of rehabbers was putting up a FLYER offering my services to GC's & Subs (& of course their Cash Strapped Customers) @ Lowe's, Home Depot, 84 Lumber & the other "local" building Supplies companies w/a stack of cards.

I included all utilities in the rent, and collected weekly, or however they recieved their paychecks, just to keep it simple.I am wondering if any of you have tried this with single family homes that have three bedrooms or more, instead of just renting the house out.

The customer brings us an address and through our system we find the owners, update his/her location and get a report back to the customer.

Companies like Countrywide and Ameriquest have already been snagged for screwing the customer ... using existing regulations.I also think that the banks are not too concerned about foreclosures because the market is tight.

Hi,I don't think it really matters where in the US you live, you should want to have an energy efficient home, if only to save on your rising utility bills.
