I am currently keeping my focus in Lubbock.

Are there specific markets you would focus on and, if so, which people there should I connect with?

Like I said, I can send you a 40 page plus Legal treaties on the topic of asset protection and entities to use in unstable time which focuses exclusively on the Series LLC and the code and case law.

I originally wanted to focus on Corp Housing before jumping into Vacation Rentals as I used to use them in my old job and seemed like a good way to get potential repeat customers/business that would take better care of the property.   

Focusing on the Sioux Falls, SD area with my first marketing campaigns.   

Eg. do you want 4 townhomes, condos, 1 sfh or 3 sfhs. etc..The option i suggested is what i normally do and what seem to work pretty well for me in this market but everyone has different goals and strategies.I'm a realtor my self, although i mainly focus on my own deals and properties.

work on the Indiana deal first until you see it through. good practice on focus as a beginner
