I'm out of town this weekend.

I have family in the area and my dad has lots in the town.

hi everyone am from a town called Reading...I know that in the UK is relatively harder in terms of pricing of properties but if there are any uk investors out there ...how did you start?

I just got word today that a long time tenant that currently rents a single family home from me in a small rural town, had to have the police come stop a domestic dispute 2 days ago.

Cheyenne should be one of the most stable towns in Wyoming. 

I've been in Northern VA for about 2.5 years and starting to know the towns/neighborhoods pretty well, let me know if you have any questions on the area.

@Ann Bellamy  thank you, however my situation is anything but "local" = I reside in a small town that does not have any such lenders and I invest in an entirely different state than where I live.  

We're currently shopping for a buyer for our building near Japan town at 710 N 2nd St. off-market. 

Also, my tenants, for the past 5 years or so, have all preferred paying rent using the electronic payment system I have set up.I am renting to a couple relocating from out of town for the first time ever.
