There's so many problems considering the state of the 🌎 world and REI. my partner and I are getting our ball rolling and want to make our first moves within the next two years.

I buy mostly REOs, not sure if banks will play ball.

Because he dropped the ball and didn't warn me in the beginning I wanted to use another attorney but was advice that most attorneys would rather not represent me because they where not part of the original transaction and, the attorney I used is well respected in the area.

My crystal ball is a bit cloudly but if I were a betting man I would say there is almost zero chance of lumber or other materials/labor being cheaper in a year... unless... virus, war, etc...

I know Nashville has been growing like crazy, and no one has a crystal ball, but any thoughts on the general state of the market in Nashville and potential action into the next few years?

Wayne is right.The seller is under contract to that agent, they won’t play ball without them.
