Unless they have proven to be a liar, thief, or con artist, I feel people deserve the benefit of the doubt and am willing to invest a little of my time teaching them a life skill that doesn’t get taught in school and clearly is not taught in many households.

I guess what bothers me about this "hobby landlord"  phrase is it tries to demoralize folks instead of teaching them.

Then you have renewal fees and continuing education you have to buy.Mostly, you will pay around $600 to $800 per year to be a member of the local board of Realtors and you’ll have to pay your office a monthly technology fee and or desk fee.The test material will not teach you how to be an investor.

Yet the king of the conference is equally worthy to be vilified.Tested in the terrain of estate, he’s fed full on their very wish.But can this apex predator really teach a school of guppies how to fish?

There have been a lot of perspectives who have failed the Michigan state test becasue they took an online course that said they teach it all.

Getting your license teaches you only to follow the law.
