There is so much emotional baggage with the years spent at the house that it seems hard to navigate and determine what the best solutions might be.  

Seller said there would be two closings, because he has two bundled mortgages.Basically looking for a creative solution to get this deal done....he is open to negotiation on the price....I was thinking of trying to get ONE loan for the 80% LTV, and have him seller finance the rest, but I think he owes $470,000 on the property.Other option would be to get a private investor to put money...any thoughts?

A few years ago I realized my own personal need for additional garage space and thought of a DIY garage concept, which has since become a concept for niche market automotive related space solutions.

These are just small problems that need solutions.

Good work calling the mayor and tracking down the possible solutions to move forward.

Take each hurdle as it comes and then find the solution and go to the next one.

There are numerous possible solutions, but they depend on many factors, especially what the goals and objectives are for each individual partner/member.
